Jennifer Kieltyka-
Has studied and practiced yoga since 1990. She has studied many forms of yoga including Ashtanga, Bikram, Kundalini, Anusara, and Iyengar. In 2000 Jennifer had the privilege to complete a one month teacher training at the Vivekananda Ashram in India. She started her teaching career in California then continued her 200 hour teacher training with Richard Freeman of Boulder, Colorado. She feels her teaching reflects back on her experiences from India, a great place to learn the essence of yoga and meditation. Her training with Richard not only fine tuned her asana practice but taught her the beauty of chanting, meditation, and yoga philosophy, by one of America's first teachers to study with Pattabhi Jois and BKS Iyengar. Jennifer describes her yoga classes as intuitive, challenging, and heart opening. The greatest gift yoga has brought to Jennifer is the ability to find love and kindness in all things, the ability to be present through grief and healing, and knowing when it's time to rest and time to strive. Most importantly yoga gives her balance in her marriage, motherhood, work, and relationship to God.

Drew enjoys working with beginner yoga students, beyond-beginners, pre-intermediate and intermediate students. The "style" of yoga he teaches is a blend of the flowing vinyasa style originally derived from Ashtanga Yoga, and the alignment-based approach of classical, or Iyengar Yoga. He likes to explore poses, explore the alignment and flows of energy in a pose, and integrate what is learned into the "dancing", flowing form of vinyasa yoga. Drew received his Yoga Aliance 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Certification with Rolf Gates in July 2008 and has completed teacher training workshops with Bhavani Maki, Tim Miller, Aadil Palkhivala, Paula Tortolano, Judith Lasater, Renee DeTar, and Laura Allard, plus many hours of pracrtice and instruction under wonderful yoga teachers local to Kansas City.
Stephanie Mohr has been practicing yoga since 1990, and has learned from many different teachers. She has experienced teacher training with Bhavani Maki of Ashtanga Yoga Kauai, where she learned the importance of incorporating all aspects of yoga, to go deeper and enjoy more than just exercise and stretch, while being in tune with alignment and safety in practice. Stephanie's classes are challenging but fun for all levels and she offers opportunity for all students. While yoga is a lot of work, mentally, emotionally and physically, Stephanie tries to keep it fun and light, staying with the breath. Stephanie has a background in Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, and loves to share knowledge with her classes about living life in balance, a challenge for all of us in this crazy busy world.
With three children, Stephanie is also passionate about teaching yoga to expectant mothers. This time of your life is so important to nourish and take care of yourself, prenatal yoga is a gift you deserve each week. Stephanie enjoyed yoga throughout three pregnancies, nursing and raising young kids, and continues yogas beautiful practice to stay calm (most of the time).
Patricia Gray is a 500 RYT and has taught yoga for 20 years. She began yoga in her teens studying in the 1970's with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. She co-directed one of Kansas City's first yoga studios, The Yoga Center, and in 1999 founded the Yoga Gallery. She spent six weeks in India with Rotary International allowing her a chance to study the roots of yoga. Patricia is certified to teach the Bikram Yoga system and Vinyasa through Max Strom. Working for a chiropractor for 6 years afforded her skills to assist with specific physical ailments and injuries. Her classes are a blend of styles (flow/vinyasa) emphasizing patient breathing. This allows for an accessible, meditative practice designed to heal. Patricia's love of yoga, breathing, and meditation stems from experiencing and witnessing what practicing can create; full spectrum health benefits, inside out.

Michele, an avid runner, discovered yoga in 2007 with the intention to improve her flexibility. However, through her daily practice she was introduced to benefits that went beyond the physical. Yoga brought balance, acceptance and self discovery into her life. She deepened her study of yoga at Yandara Yoga Institute receiving her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification. In her own practice, she has explored many styles and schools of yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar and Yin yoga. Michele brings passion, joy and non-judgmental attitude to her class while promoting increased inner awareness. Guided by her nurturing spirit, Michele encourages others to be open to the possibility of change in their lives.

Elizabeth Walsh- "I am fascinated with life long learning. Yoga is a powerful tool to be a witness of the self; in mind, body, and spirit. Of course, this allows for opening, movement, and expansion."
Elizabeth likes to infuse a variety of tools and approaches throughout a yoga practice. Breath work, meditation, chanting, chakra exersises, and sound therapy are some of her favorite activities to include in a well-rounded practice. Her intention is for people to leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed, and centered.
