Chris Powell Ph.D., LAc., opened Missouri Acupuncture Services in 1996 on 43rd St & Main in the Westport/Plaza area of Kansas City. He and his wife Jennifer opened on the Boulevard in 2007. He has treated thousands of people suffering from mild pain to chronic illness. He has treated children and babies to the elderly in hospice.
Chris Powell has been working with many of the oncologists throughout Kansas City in the treatment of patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. He has also established many working relationshiops with cancer hospitals in Maine, Texas, New York, and Ireland using Chinese Medicine and acupuncture as an adjunctive therapy for the cancer patient. Chris Powell has worked with many of the research physicians at Sloane-Kettering Hospital, MD Anderson, and the Dana Farber Institute in supplying them with information and research in the treatment of cancer with Chinese Herbs.

Travis Spire-Sweet graduated from UMKC with a Bachelors in Biological Sciences and continued to study Acupuncture at the Denver School of Oriental Medicine, graduating in 2009. He experienced acupuncture as a patient while he was only 13 years old. His experience with Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture was so powerful that he decided early on that he wanted to become a practitioner. He began his practice in Kansas City, now specializing in chronic Kidney Disease. He has established "Kidney Talk", a support group for patients with Kidney Disease here in Kansas City.

Jennifer Kieltyka studied massage therapy at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1996. She has travelled around the world with her massage table but Kansas City is her home. Jennifer specializes in chronic pain relief, sports injuries, and deep relaxation. She studied with Hugh Milne and the Milne Institute for Cranio Sacral Therapy, helping to relieve TMJ, migraine headaches, vertigo, tinnitis and stress. Jennifer offers so much gratitude to her clients who have been a part of her life for almost 15 years.
Stephanie Kieltyka Mohr graduated from the Kripalu school of Ayurveda (Stockbridge, Mass.) in June of 2010 and has a B.S. from the University of Kansas. She is currently teaching yoga, practicing Ayurveda and raising her three beautiful children with her husband and enjoying family life. A former triathlete, runner and gymnast, she loves sports and being outside. Stephanie has enjoyed practicing yoga for over 20 years and has had teacher training with Bhavani Maki from Ashtanga yoga Kauai. She grew up in the restaurant business and then enjoyed more than 12 years of her own catering business before making a decision to switch her focus to health in all areas. Realizing the toll stress can take on the body, Stephanie has found Ayurveda answered many questions to living a balanced life. With education, experience in food, exercise and family she is able to help you connect with mind, body and spirit in the hightly accessible ways Ayurveda has known for over 5,000 years.
